Week #1 in Emmen, Netherlands

Dear Family and Friends,

I was transferred to Emmen and things are going great here!I love it here already. My Companion, Zuster Gagon, is the BEST! She is finishing her mission this transfer and she is DETERMINED to work as hard as she can and do her best. Our work is already reflecting it.

Sister Gagon is super cute and bubbly and has the cutest laugh ever. I already love her so much! She is the Sister Training Leader. So that means that we get to go on exchanges a lot! I love exchanges!!! Also Sister Hardy, my other MTC Companion,  is one of the sisters that Sister Gagon is over SO I GET TO GO ON EXCHANGES WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! I love being comps with the Sister training Leader. It's a blast.

Transfer day was super easy compared to what I thought it was going to be! I know I told you that before my mission I was super worried about transfers with a bike and a lot of stuff, but there were people to help all along the way! here's how it went down:

At 9 am the bishop in Heerlen and his wife came and picked us and all our stuff and helped us on the train. They are the best!

We rode it until Utrecht Central. At Utrecht I said goodbye to Zuster Broyles and two nice elders helped me put my stuff onto a train. They said they expected a lot more baggage from a sister and said that my bags were light! I was super happy about that!

Just before I left, I received a letter from my mom. I read the letter on the train and I cried a little bit. Thank you for the kind and inspired words mom. I love you so much!

In Zwolle, I was greeted by Sister Stiemle from my MTC group and my new comp Sister Gagon! I was so happy and they helped us get on the train to Emmen. Everything went  Smoothly!

Emmen is flat and super fun! This week we have a dinner appointment for everyday! I'm super excited not to cook!

I can't believe that I am hitting my six month mark on my mission.  It is going by fast.  I love being a missionary.  Thanks for your prayers and support.
Saying goodbye to Stephanie Park in Heerlen

This is Elder Adema. I'm being transferred to his hometown!
